If blank pages form part of the document you're printing, these will be included with the printout. This is more common in a print from a word processing application.
This article deals with instances where the printer is printing ink onto the page and completing the print job, but blank pages are fed between pages or print jobs.

The first step is to check the document for blank pages. If the document does not contain blank pages, the problem may be related to settings within the application. Check the Page Setup settings in the application you are printing from to ensure that an option to print a separator page / blank page has not been selected.
Try printing again. If a blank page is still fed between pages or print jobs, there is a setting in the Epson printer driver which should stop this from occurring:

If the issue is not resolved after trying the above another possible cause is a setting within the Windows section of a printer driver. If this is enabled, it will send a 'Separator Page' to the printer. This can be turned off following the instructions below.
