If you would like to return any items to the Epson Store, please proceed as follows. You can help our staff process your returns faster by sending them only via UPS instead of regular mail.

You can now request a return delivery note and a parcel slip for UPS. We will send you the documents by post without delay. You can also download the delivery note and parcel slip here directly as a PDF file and print them yourself.

If you have the documents, please enclose the return delivery note in the parcel with the items that you would like to return. Close the parcel and then stick the UPS parcel slip on it.

Finally go to www.ups.com and agree a date and time for UPS to collect the parcel. Epson will of course cover the cost for the return of goods.

Preparing returns

Consumers have the following right to return goods:

You can return goods receiving without stating reasons by sending back the goods within a period of 30 days. The stated period begins on receipt of this notice in written form (e.g. e-mail, fax and letter). However, the stated period does not begin before receipt of the goods by the recipient; it does not begin either before we have fulfilled our duty of information. Only when the goods cannot be dispatched as a parcel (e.g. bulky goods) can they be returned by a demand for collection in textual form. To comply with the time period the timely dispatch of the goods or the demand for collection is sufficient. In all cases, the return is carried out at our expense and risk.

For collection, please proceed as follows: Please request a return label by calling 02159 92 79 500 or via the Epson Store (Login/Customer Account/Return), which we will send you by post. Another possibility is to download it from the Epson Store (Login/Customer Account/Return). Please enclose the return delivery note in the parcel with the items that you would like to return, and stick the UPS printed or dispatched parcel slip on the parcel. Please contact UPS via www.ups.com to make an appointment for the collection of the parcel from your premises.

Consequences of Returning Goods
In the event of an effective return of goods the mutually provided services or products shall be returned and any benefits surrendered. Where there is a deterioration of the goods (e.g. through use), which can then only be returned in a deteriorated condition you are obliged to pay compensation in this respect. For the deterioration of the goods and for obtained benefits compensation has to be paid only insofar as the use or the deterioration is caused by handling of the goods in excess of functional tests or testing the features. "Functional test or testing the features" means testing and trying the goods in the same way as is possible and usual in a shop. Any obligation to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you the period begins with the dispatch of the goods or the demand of return. For us the period begins with the receipt of the goods.
